The objective was simple: take your grandma's greeting card brand and make it relevant to people who prefer to communicate via emoji.
A simple insight: certain relationships in our lives deserve more extraordinary recognition. I led and won this pitch as a freelance ECD, and wound up helping digital agency Rokkan make their first-ever TV ads.
We produced several more campaigns for Hallmark, including these with a combination of filmed and found footage.
Each holiday-oriented campaign push was complimented by custom-made animations on Instagram.
The campaign garnered positive press from The Drum, Adweek, Adforum, Coloribus, Advertolog and Ads of Brands.
